SC QUOTE CONNECT – TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: August 24, 2026

Welcome to SC Quote Connect. These Terms of Service apply to contractors and home service professionals participating in the SC Quote Connect Preferred Partner Network. By subscribing to a Preferred Partner membership, you agree to the following terms.

1. Preferred Partner Membership

SC Quote Connect operates a referral and lead-generation network that connects homeowners seeking home services with participating local service professionals.

Acceptance into the Preferred Partner Network is subject to approval by SC Quote Connect.

2. Membership Fee

Founding Preferred Partner membership is currently offered at $29 per month.

Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis using the payment method provided at enrollment unless the membership is canceled.

3. Homeowner Opportunities

Active Preferred Partners may receive homeowner service opportunities based on factors including service category, service area, homeowner needs, and availability.

SC Quote Connect does not guarantee any specific number, frequency, value, or result of homeowner opportunities or referrals.

4. Contractor Responsibility

Preferred Partners operate as independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of SC Quote Connect.

Each contractor is solely responsible for maintaining any licenses, insurance, permits, certifications, or other requirements applicable to the services they provide.

Contractors are responsible for communicating directly with homeowners regarding estimates, pricing, scheduling, contracts, workmanship, warranties, and payment for services performed.

5. SC Quote Connect's Role

SC Quote Connect facilitates connections between homeowners and participating service professionals. SC Quote Connect does not perform home improvement or contracting services and is not a party to agreements entered into between homeowners and contractors.

6. Cancellation

Preferred Partners may cancel their membership to prevent future recurring charges. Cancellation does not provide a refund for membership fees already paid or for a billing period that has already begun, except where required by applicable law.

7. Partner Standards

SC Quote Connect reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in the Preferred Partner Network for conduct that may negatively affect homeowners, SC Quote Connect, or the integrity of the network, including misrepresentation, repeated substantiated complaints, or failure to maintain applicable professional requirements.

8. Changes to Membership or Terms

SC Quote Connect may update these Terms of Service or membership offerings from time to time. Material changes affecting an active membership will be communicated as appropriate before they take effect.
